Won't work on Mazda

Car model(year): 2021 Mazda3
Phone model(Android version): Google Pixel 6
Carsifi adapater firmware version: 1.8.0

Issue description:
Android Auto just doesn’t work no matter which settings I change. I also can no longer update the Firmware as I get a ‘wifi creds status: null’ each time I try to apply it. Customer Service has stopped responding to me which is great. I’m to the point of just throwing it away since it seems they are ignoring me so they don’t have to issue a refund.

I am using the adapter on my Mazda CX-30 (2019) with a Xiaomi mi 9 and a Pixel 4a without any issue.

As far as I remember I haven’t changed the default settings.

Are you using the USB Port in the center arm rest (not sure about the correct terminology)? With the USB Port on the front console it will not work.

I only have the two USB Ports inside the arm rest/console. Both of them work for wired Android Auto.

@Petrucci914 Please share with us your UDID and we will add you in the list of bet testers. Also, please try to reset adapter completely using this instruction https://support.carsifi.com/support/solutions/articles/69000813494-how-make-full-factory-adapter-reset

We’ve released v1.9.3 for BETA testers. If you haven’t seen this version in your companion app, please send your UDID to support@carsifi.com. It has fixes for some head unit versions for Mazda & VW
