I haven’t received my shipment, despite the tracking saying this. I have tried to contact support multiple times but with no reply at all. Hey guys, you’ve got our money and now it’s time to solve the problems with customers!

Agree… they are either poor in business, or running a scam…
It might have something to do with their DEV being all in Ukraine…
