Still getting the message to update the firmware

Hello. After updating to 1.10.0 I still getting the message to update the firmware. I opened a ticket 19455 and support ask me to send logs and they confirmed that the adapter was updated to 1.10.0. They ask me to click on refresh. When I click refresh in the companion I get “Error readDeviceInfo null. Looks like timeout out”. What else can I do?
PS: The device is working ok in my car.
