Hi, have you received a refund from us? Looks like was some issue with the discount code that we provided in confirm shipping address email.

My stop working and support don’t answer my ticket for 5 days

The support is nonexistent. Will be returning this and getting wireless AA device that works, or at least is not abandoned.
