Issue description:
LED is gray and stops responding have to leave it disconnected for 2 minutes before it restarts, when returning to the car, it again has a gray led (dim white color) and stops responding. I tried reset and re pair the phone but it does this behavor again. Is this a defective unti and how can I get it replaced.?
