GM Radios Will not pair to carsifi

Car model(year): 2019 GMC Canyon
Phone model(Android version): Pixel 5
Carsifi adapater firmware version: 1.9.0

Issue description:
Has anyone been able to successfully get Carsifi to show up on the radio for GM products. It says on their website they would support it. I get to acknowledge the agreement, but it will not continue beyond yet. I even tried a pixel 4 phone as well. I put a call but have not heard from support for a few weeks.

I wonder if this is my problem. I have a 2020 Buick Enclave Avenir no joy pairing with a Pixel 6 Pro. Oh well wait and hope.

I have a 2018 Buick Encore & Carsifi has been working flawlessly.
My phone is a Nokia G300.
Are you able to try it out on someone else’s phone to see if that is the issue?

I honestly gave up, i spent a lot of time sending log files in to make it work. I ended up getting the motorala a1 and could not be any happier.
