Can't get second phone to connect

Galaxy S21, latest software
Carsifi adapter is at the latest firmware update (as of 14 March).

For some reason, I can’t get my wife’s phone, Galaxy S21, to see the Carsifi adapter at all, whether through Bluetooth or the app. My phone, the Pixel 6 Pro, connects without a problem. And I’m not sure if there’s a specific way I’m supposed to put the Carsifi back into search mode to connect to another phone. I tried turning my own phone off, turning the device on and off, pressing the button with various different combinations, etc.

Am I missing something painfully obvious here?

I’m having the same issue. I can only get one phone to pair with the adapter. It may be obvious to others but it would be nice if there was a tutorial on the proper steps to connect multiple phones. Otherwise very happy with it.
