Issue description:
One second after connecting to car/any usb diode stays solid light green. No carsifi wifi, no bluetooth found. Some time ago it was working ok - first blue, then blinking green, then solid green. Now - solid light green from a start - does anyone have similar issue - support is not responsive - no answer for a few days. Don’t know if there is any hard reset or anything
Carsifi is apparently having a lot of issues. Those of us who are trying to confirm our orders by providing our shipping address are running into a brick wall and no one is getting any responses. Many of us are frustrated by not being able to confirm our orders.
Don’t know what’s going on with them and hopefully they all didn’t return to the Ukraine. Hopefully this blackout is over soon. Hang in there and hopefully things will be back to normal soon.
Go to the app under troubleshooting. I believe there is a “reset” option there. It resolved my similar issue. It at least works mostly now. Still not 100% reliable though.
