Also, can you please follow this instruction too Try this solution first. Android Auto not working. : Carsifi

Similar problem here. Samsung A52 phone (Android 11). Mazda 3 2014 with AA retrofit kit. Works fine over the wire. Phone pairs fine directly with infotainment over Bluetooth. Cannot sustain pairing with Carsifi dongle, it constantly connects and disconnects over and over. Have spent quite a bit of time with the Carsfi app, have played with Intercept AA, changed USB to Accessory, enabled/disabled quick connect and have tried forcing to 2 Ghz only wifi. Nothing changes the bluetooth pairing cycling.

Happy to supply anything you need, would love to have this working correctly.

Hey guys did you find any solution? Similar problem here, also with a Samsung device, s22 ultra. Bluetooth connection keeps disconnecting.

Hi Keyzman, did you get a response, just installed mind and the connect regular drops out and reconnects 20-30 seconds later. Appreciate any input you can provide.

Hey ozboypete.

Nope, I’ve never been able to get carsfi to work, ever! It constantly cycles through connect then disconnect, from blue light to bright green, then to light green(yellow?) then back to blue for pairing again. I’ve had it for several months now and can’t use it, just this week I tried again with no success.

If/when they release the new firmware I’ll give it another go but if it doesn’t work I’m not going to waste my time and energy on it further.

Same issue, Galaxy S22+ and mazda 3 2017. Super sad!

Hi Keyzman

I tried the beta software, forced wifi only and still have the same problem, pretty disappointed the connect is lost within 10mins.

same situation for me (Suzuki S cross 2022 and Samsung Galaxy note 10+ android 11). I’m trying since to weeks now. I tested every trick and workaround, including those adviced for AA wireless. I also entered in developing mode for supplementary settings. I did reset and unparing several times. No way to have a stable BT connection. The only results it that if carsifi is connected to usb, yet if it is not connected to my phone, I’m not able to use BT connection to my infotainment. so a debacle!.

The worst thing is that nobody is answering to our complains. They keep going to sells something that they know are not working at least in some situations! 110$ vasted since we will never have a refound!

If it really doesn´t work, I would use a the cable and sell the adapter (so you have no loss). Maybe the problem is related to your car. My carsifi (with Audi) is working perfectly.

Perhaps there is an solution for you in the future.

I had a similar problem (Mazda CX5 2019 + samsung galaxy note 20 ultra)
I tried everything, spent 10 hours in the car and it didn’t work. It worked in other mazda CX3 2018 with my phone.
I the end I made a ‘reset to factory settings’ of my mazda multimedia system and bingo! It works just fine.
I had to turn off the ‘Intercept AA protocol’ option too.

We’ve released v1.9.3 for BETA testers. If you haven’t seen this version in your companion app, please send your UDID to support@carsifi.com. It has fixes for some head unit versions for Mazda & VW
